Task: Embedded software development
Details: Join team of six developing embedded software for new product. Includes object-oriented design, configuration, communication (TCP/IP, RS485), fault handling, etc.
Required: Good working knowledge of C++.
Good understanding of OOD techniques.
Good knowledge of real-time embedded control techniques.
Experience of hardware-software integration.
Understanding of hardware design and interfacing.
Working knowledge of real-time operating systems.
Preferred, but not essential:
Working alone or in a team (s/w and/or mixed discipline).
Good working knowledge of C.
Processors: ColdFire family, microcontrollers (Atmel).
