Engineering design consultancy are looking for a number of electronics design engineers to work within a range of industry sectors, including: automotive/industrial drives, scientific instruments, medical systems, communications/wireless systems and control engineering.
You will have a good first degree (2.1 or better) and have a number of years experience in industry involved in taking designs from concept through to delivery and be comfortable in dealing with clients throughout the process. As this client needs a number of engineers with a broad skill base, experience in any of the following would be of interest.
* Power Electronics and control engineering (inc use of Matlab/Simulink)
* Embedded control systems (hardware and software design)
* Design of medical electronics/electro-mechanical products (including design of low noise analogue, DAC/ADCs, motor control actuators, PSU design)
* Low noise sensor design, data acquisition systems
* Design of digital signal processing systems (DSP assembler)
* Digital Design (ASIC, FPGA, use of Mentor, Synopsys, Synplicity systems)
