A German speaking Electronics Engineer is required for a major automotive client. Candidates will assist with Design & Development of electronic hardware and software to meet OEM requirements. The successful candidate can expect frequent travel to Germany.

Location: Staffordshire / Germany
Main objectives
To support the business development managers during pre bid and development phases of new projects by liasing with major OEM's (Audi, BMW, Porsche, Jaguar, Toyota etc) on new projects to understand their electrical interface and specification requirements.
Work with internal or sub- contract electronics and software engineers / companies to ensure the timely introduction of new projects that achieve customer requirements, budget and timing.
Competence profile
>?? Education
o University level or industry experience.
o Master of electronics engineering or corresponding education/experience
>?? Experience and skills:
o Extensive experience of electronics design, specification, integration and validation gained within a Tier 1 supplier to the German Automotive Industry.
>?? Other Skills:
o Management profile and high degree of personal integrity and confidence.
o Ability to make quick decisions based on experience and analysis as well as advice from other people.
o Ability to get on with other people.
o To be concise in written and verbal communication
o Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written, including technical language.
o Ability to build and develop customer relationships.
