To design and build proto-type circuits to control various pump functions - level control, temperature, warnings etc.
To draw circuits using CAD and relate them to the mechanical design aspects of the pumps using Solid Works software.
To design and build test equipment to measure pump performance using sensors and LabView software.
To work as part of the R&D team on other projects that involve some mechanical pump design.
To work with ISO 9001 quality system and document project files.
Generate and issue production documentation.
Productionise prototype circuits
Provide IT support within all company departments.
Able to liase with PCB manufacturers to finalise production details.
Basic understanding of mechanics
Specialist consumer electronic knowledge
