Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Wiltshire
Working as part of a maintenance team the Maintenance Engineer will have the responsibility for ensuring that all production and ancillary machinery, equipment and power systems operate at maximum efficiency within the Companys operation.
You will support production via both planned maintenance programmes and ad-hoc maintenance. In addition, they will be required to use their expertise in order to deliver timely and effective problem resolution in the event of plant breakdown, thus minimising the requirement for external assistance.
We are seeking an individual qualified to a minimum level or equivalent of C&G or Modern Apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical or Plant Equipment. Previous experience within a similar role and environment will be required, along with an appreciation of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems. You will have a proven ability in fault finding, trouble shooting and repair skills along with experience of reading and understanding comprehensive documents and drawings of both a mechanical and electrical nature. A sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations will also be required.
A full driving UK driving licence is also required in order to allow mobility between sites.
The position is based on 39 hours per week rotating over a 3 shift pattern of earlies, nights and lates. The role may also involve working on a call out basis in line with business needs and Company policy.
Salary range £26,000 - £28,000 per annum including shift allowance, plus a generous benefits package dependant on experience and current qualifications.
