Relevant Degree and working towards chartered status, alternatively an experienced engineer HNC/HND qualified with a minimum of 8 years experience
Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer - Oil and Gas or Processing industry background / West midlands /BS EN 61508 , 61511and ATEX .
You should be familiar with the specification of field instrumentation including control valves, electrical equipment and be fully conversant with current process control technology, being able to specify and project-manage control packages including PLC and DCS based systems.
You will be specifying and designing control instrument systems for the Oil and Gas and processing industry. You must
have several years experience of working in this market place.
You will have good communication skills as you will be expected to work with clients and installation teams.
The client designs systems for compression technology that captures the best that natural gas and electrically driven compression have to offer.
