Our Client develops and manufactures a specific product for use within the eye care industry and so have a Client base world-wide, reaching eye-care professionals over five continents. They have the requirement for an Electrical Engineer with additional mechanical skills to work a fixed 14:00 22:00 Mon-Fri shift at their manufacturing facility in South Kent. Candidates should have 16th Edition wiring regulations and have prior experience gained in a production manufacturing setting.

Skills and Experience:
•Electrical Engineering Qualification plus 16th Edition Wiring Regulations
•Experience of fault finding and timely repair in a high-speed production environment with emphasis on liquid handling / dosing equipment
•Additional mechanical skills in order to react to breakdowns and faults efficiently where possible
•Experience working in a clean-room environment would be beneficial
•Flexibility to work varying shift patterns during staff shortages / periods of annual leave
•Willingness to work a fixed evening shift, 14:00 22:00 Monday to Friday
•Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
•To work within Health & Safety regulations as specified within the premises
