Job Title: Electrical Team Leader
Shift: rotating 2 shift. Days (6 am - 2pm), afternoons (2pm - 10 pm)
5 days a week (don't work weekends)
Salary level:£30 (including shift pay)
+ bonus
+ pension
25 days holiday plus statutory days

There is a need for a motivated Electrical Team Leader to join the mine team of a very reputable company.

Job Purpose
There is a need for a motivated Electrical Team Leader to join the mine team of a very reputable company.
Job Profile
The Electrician will be required to maintain mobile plant, high and low voltage systems, electrical installations, examine and test electrical equipment.
The Team Leader role will lead a small team of electricians to facilitate the above.
Candidates will ideally be apprentice trained or HND level Electrical Engineering. SCADA/high voltage systems training and experience is desirable and candidates will also have proven experience in fault diagnosis of mining/electrical equipment.
Underground experience is not essential. Full training on underground awareness would be provided if required.
Equipment includes: Scooptrams, Feeder Breakers, Drilling Rigs, Scaling Machines, Conveyors and out-bye ancillary equipment. Full training will be provided to achieve competence in these duties.
