An automotive OEM requires a Electrical Systems Engineer
Position Description:
"Power Supply Systems PMST Leader - client Programmes, responsible

for delivery of Power Supply Solutions to support all of the required project milestones across legacy and future client programmes. Responsible for delivery of Intelligent Power Management System (IPSM) Solutions, appropriate control strategies and supporting commodity solutions - alternators, starter motors, batteries, battery monitoring devices etc. for all client vehicles. With the increasing demand for electrical power the team is actively involved in power management systems and new technologies, such as SRC (Smart Regen Charging) and Stop / Start applications, both actively contributing to the client CO2 route map. "
Skills Required:
"Ability to manage a wide range of diverse tasks from all sources (as focal point for project), this includes prioritisation, co-ordination/ tracking, reporting out at all levels in the business. The ability to present clearly and logically, difficult technical concerns to both suppliers and internal senior management.  " .
Skills Preferred:
"Well-developed organisational and planning skills Strong communication skills; able to communicate complex technical concepts, data and conclusions to a wide audience Good team working and communication skills, able to foster good working relationships with customers and suppliers. Ability to negotiate with other functions to achieve objectives High drive, self-motivated and able to deliver results with minimum supervision Knowledge of client processes would be beneficial e.g GPDS/WERS/AIMS/EFDVS "
Education Required:
Degree or equivalent preferred but not essential
