Electrically biased site supervisor required to supervise a team of maintenance engineers in a high profile building in Central London. Salary £35,000 pa.
Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 pa
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Benefits: 25 days holidays and pension
Our client, a prestigious facilities management company, are currently seeking an electrically biased site supervisor to work for a Blue Chip company in a high profile building in Central London supervising a team of maintenance engineers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- supervise staff within the Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric areas;
- recruitment selection, induction, appraisal, and performance of the Maintenance staff;
- setting out and monitoring all PPM and day to day tasks for each section;
- risk assessments and method statements for all work carried out.
Skills / Qualifications Required
- candidates should be qualified to a minimum of City and Guilds Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations or equivalent;
- ONC or HND in Electrical is preferred but not essential;
- candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a building maintenance environment;
- candidates must be well presented;
- candidates must have excellent communication skills;
- candidates must be computer literate.
