ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER - CLACTON - SALARY NEGOTIABLE
Do you have electrical design and fault finding experience on control/power systems? Do you have PLC programming and AutoCAD experience? If the answer is yes to either of these questions we would like to talk to you. You will work within the electrical design team, providing a fully functioning electrical design service.
The position will be based in Tendring Essex. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Design, as a part of the projects team, and be either fully responsible a project, or working as a support engineer. There will be opportunities to develop into the senior position.
Duties:
To be involved with electrical design and controls, involved with PLC programming and associated equipment, design of panel layouts, cabling runs and supports, etc
Commissioning and testing of completed installations, fault finding and repairs to existing systems
Control Systems are generally associated with Generator Sets, with the control and monitoring of running and operating parameters.
Skills:
AUTOCAD
PLC programming experience
Electrical design of LV power and control circuitry.
Fault finding capability on electrical control/power systems.
Basic Computer Literacy, Word, Excel, Outlook
The company offer 20 days paid holiday in the first year, rising to 23 days plus statutory days.
