The client is currently looking for an office Based Electrical Project Manager to work for a big Building Maintenance Company based in Surrey. Suitable candidate must have a very good working knowledge of the majority of electrical systems, must have a good attitude towards existing client base and engineers and possess good leadership skills. Ideal candidate will be able to survey a project, build up a quotation and execute the project cost effectively from the start through to completion. They will manage sub-contractors, estimate, project engineering, work to budgets and most importantly, deadlines on a range of projects in and around London and the south-east.
The candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, ability to manage time and resources effectively, ability to overcome problems with least disruption to task, ability to meet budgets, ability to meet Deadlines
The hours are Monday to Friday circa 8am-5pm
The Salary around circa £35k Per annum
