BONUS/COMMISSION: After probationary period

HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week: Monday Friday 8.30am 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
QUALIFICATIONS: Electrical qualification (ideally JIB)
MIN. EXPERIENCE: 2 years project management experience
ALTERNATIVE INDUSTRY: MUST HAVE contracting background (building) experience
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office based but projects are UK wide
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Electrical installation/ refurbishment of commercial and industrial premises:
-Clementine Churchill Hospital
-IBM computer room
-BPB wiring up conveyors and control panels.
ELEMENTS:
Supervise up to 3-4 engineers
Control labour (timesheets and invoicing)
Order materials
Client liaison
Projects £5K - £500K
