Our Client requires an Electrical Power Systems Engineer - Working as part of a team on electrical engineering projects in Industry, Utilities and Commerce at all voltages from transmission to low voltage final circuits.Conducting power systems analysis and protection studies by analysing the performance of electrical systems using theoretical power system study techniques. This will involve the use of power systems analysis software.Contributing to the investigation of electrical systems failures caused by mal-operation of protection systems. Where the candidate has specialist skills or knowledge then this can extend to equipment failures such as transformers, switchgear and rotating electrical machines.
