The Role: Conducting planned and reactive maintenance throughout the site working on a variety of technical equipment and machinery. Working on single and 3 phase electrics, PLC's, conveyors, furnaces, hydraulics, pneumatics and gear boxes. There is also an element of project work including upgrading and installing machines. Required experience: As long as you have both electrical and mechanical repair skills my client can accommodate either bias, the role is an even mix of electrical and mechanical problems so the ability to diagnose and repair any type of fault is important, more so is the desire and aptitude to develop your technical skills and want to get stuck in to a variety of technical problems. Benefits: Full product training is given and you will be sent on courses and be given internal training to develop your technical skills to become a strong multi-skilled engineer.
Your basic salary will increase over time and you can earn up to £30K in your 1st year with overtime.
