An opportunity has now arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
This is the ideal role to develop your proven electrical and mechanical maintenance skills in a modern, purpose built factory, equipped with the latest technology.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the day to day electrical/mechanical activities within the maintenance team. Your main duties will include breakdown elimination as well as preventative and non-intrusive maintenance.
To succeed as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer you must have the following:
- previous electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- experience of fault finding and repairing complex PLC controlled equipment
- City & Guilds or ONC level in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 16th and/or 17th Edition IEE regulations qualification
Experience of the corrugated and packaging industry would be beneficial to your application, as would knowledge of maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic machinery.
Additionally, as the Electrical Maintenance Engineer you must be conversant with general Health, Safety and Environment legislation, and possess a good level of PC literacy. Your ability to work in a team, flexible approach and excellent communication skills are also vital.
