Electrical Maintenance engineer / Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
PROFILE
This local manufacturer who are part of an internationally respected food group, are recruiting for an apprentice trained, electrical maintenance engineer, to work in a highly skilled, professional engineering team where good team spirit is highly valued.
Qualifications:
•You must be electrically apprentice trained and must be qualified to City & Guilds or ONC standard with in a related electrical engineering discipline
The Job:
•Candidates will provide electro - mechanical Emergency and Planned Preventative Maintenance on food production machinery such as mixers, fillers, wrappers, silo's, conveyor systems, flow wrapping shrink wrapping machinery within in one of 4 sections within a clean factory environment.
The Skill set:
•Must be strong electrically especially with electrical components found on machinery within in an FMCG /food manufacturing environment
•PLC fault finding experience on Allen Bradley OR Siemens models
•Strong fault finding on PLC controlled machines
•Basic mechanical appreciation including, pumps , valves, cylinders, hydraulics and pneumatics
•Continuous improvement / project experience
SALARY: £25 - £27,000 + holiday + pension + training package
SHIFT: 6-2 & 2-10 Mon-Fridays
