Our client is a leading packaging solutions specialist, they provide packaging machinery to a variety of industries UK wide and they are now looking for an experienced electrical fitter to compliment their current engineering team in Cheshire.
Our client is a leading packaging solutions specialist, they provide packaging machinery to a variety of industries UK wide and they are now looking for an experienced electrical fitter to compliment their current engineering team in Cheshire.
The electrical fitter is responsible for the electrical wiring of control panels, packaging machines and fault diagnosis on various PLC systems. Previous experience with electrical systems in a similar position would be ideal as well as previous experience working on client sites in a reactive capacity.
Most of the work will be conducted on site in Cheshire however flexibility is required as the engineer will be required to join a 24hr on call system after 6 months and react to client requirements.
This role requires a motivated and presentable engineer able to communicate effectively who is flexible with regards traveling and committed to client satisfaction.
Engineers with previous experience within the packaging or food production environments and familiar with packaging machinery will be of interest.
In return our client offers a competitive basic salary, paid overtime (good rates), pension scheme and 20days annual leave (to start).
