A newly created position that forms part of a continuous improvement / best practice driven strategy being implemented by our Client's $7 Billion T/o, 25% pa profit growth American Parent Group, the core aim is to bring senior management presence to the electrical and control aspects of the Site and its integral manufacturing processes, as well as high-level leadership to the more specialised areas of maintenance, asset management and capital projects.
Specific areas highlighted are the optimisation of engineering standards and safety (inc compliance issues), the leadership and development of the specialist team in order to achieve its highest potential, and the development of resources and systems to provide continuity, high performance and ongoing OEE improvement.
Candidates must be degree qualified Electrical Engineers with at least 5 years experience in a team & technical leadership role gained in a best practice industrial process or high volume batch production environment.
