Our client specialises in Control systems Design and Software Integration along with offering full electrical and mechanical installations, established for nearly 30 years, with a turnover nearing £3M, our client currently wishes to recruit an additional Electrical Engineer due to organic growth.
Our client specialises in Control systems Design and Software Integration along with offering full electrical and mechanical installations, established for nearly 30 years, with a turnover nearing £3M, our client currently wishes to recruit an additional Electrical Engineer due to organic growth.
To be responsible for
•Design of electrical control panels for the food processing sector
•Preparation of specifications, circuit diagrams and parts lists
•Production of final documentation including test logs, cable rating calculations, schedules and any manuals
•Undertaking development of software for various PLCs
•Onsite support for installation and commissioning
The successful candidate will have experience in:
•Control panel design
•Software development of PLCs
•Knowledge of Control Panel Wire / Build
•Previous installation / commissioning experience
The position requires UK and European travel up to 50% of the time, in return my client offers a basic salary of up to £30,000, company pension scheme, 20 days holiday + statutory bank holidays, paid overtime and the use of a company vehicle for site visits.
