Description
Electrical Design Engineer responsible for the design of process/vacuum electrical installations.

Electrical Design Engineer required working for the premier supplier of vacuum web coating and metallizing equipment.
Working on AutoCAD (essential) or Promis-e/RSWire (preferred).
You will be responsible for the design of process/vacuum electrical installations.
Skills must include the design & construction of electrical circuits, control panels, motor control systems and drives (AC & DC).
Additionally you may have an appreciation of pneumatic, hydraulic, machine control and
other associated mechanical systems.
To undertake this role you will have:-
• Knowledge of relevant British & European Regulations
• BS7671:2001 IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Experience of BOMs systems.
• Programming knowledge of AC & DC drive systems
• Programming PLC systems
• Programming SCADA/HMI systems
• Siemens Step 7 PLC programming or similar.
• Siemens WinCC SCADA programming or similar
