The successful candidate will be in charge of retrieving the engineering electrical repercussions related to the changes under their responsibility. Major products of the Design of Electrics: Principal diagrams, wiring diagrams, definition dossier for harness manufacture, electrical database and installation drawings.
Task & Accountabilities:
This role is the Focal Point for the engineering team to describe and present the impact statement for a formal Change Request, which affects the electrical functional or harness design.
Other tasks will include the following:
Collecting the electrical engineering repercussions by requesting input from the Technical Domain
Compiling the input from the various impacted Technical Domains
Ensuring synchronization between functional and installation impact analysis during investigation phase.
Supporting the Electric Configuration Management central team in the CIN closure stage activity by delivering the status of engineering design progress.
Ensuring TRS content is in accordance with the design repercussions all along the Full Change Process.
Participating in the evaluation of the transnational and common methods for improving the management of the configuration of the electrical definition. Supporting the validation of the tools, methods and processes impacting Configuration Management and deployed within the Electrics communities.
Skills and Experience
HNC/ONC/BTEC (or equivalent ) in Electrical Engineering.
Strong Aeronautical experience.
Experienced in working with Configuration Management Systems.
Sound Understanding Of Configuration Control and release methods.
Able to follow well defined engineering processes.
Able to work in cross-functional team environments.
Able to make basic technical decisions
A keen technical interest in systems and installation design.
Experience in Project Management and Team leader or worker in a multi-national environment would be an advantage.
