This world leading company in power conversion engineering customises solutions to convert electrical energy into productive performance through the design & manufacture of rotating machines (motors & generators, Variable Speed Drives, Process Automation & Controls for Industrial, Marine and Oil & Gas markets.
To further aid their expansion, new Design Engineers are required responsible for the production of drawings and bills of materials on a wide range of industrial projects for customised or specially engineered rotating electrical machinery utilising Medusa or Pro-Engineer CAD Systems.
Previous experience of the design of rotating equipment is required including gearboxes, couplings, lubrication systems, machinery enclosures and base plates. You should be a competent user in the above mentioned CAD systems. Any expertise of using Triton MRP System would be a distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible team working approach and is capable of effective liaison with both manufacturers and suppliers. In return you will receive an excellent starting salary and benefits package.
