EMS FACILITIES ENGINEER - Working with the world's 2nd largest global supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components. Due to an internal promotion a vacancy has arisen within the EMS department to take over the responsibilities of the EMS Facilities Assistant Manager. This position will be targeted towards an Assistant Manager or someone with the potential for rapid promotion to this level.
TASKS: Successful applicant will assist in the day to day running of the EMS department. Supervise three / four Powertrain technicians. Schedule of work and maintenance of test equipment. Liase with suppliers and internal departments.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Applicants must posses experience of supervising technicians Performance testing and development on gasoline engines EMS interface software Emissions measurement Test equipment maintenance Vehicle emissions testing Facility upgrades Diesel engine testing Maintenance of associated plant and equipment Knowledge of INCA. VETS PUMA OPEN with HNC or a Degree in Engineering discipline.
