Description
Experienced Design Engineer / Draughtsperson required to execute the successful mechanical design for a prestigious international engineering group.
Salary & Location: £25-35k + 25 days Holiday + Pension. South West, Avon, Bristol, Clevedon, Tickenham,
The Role: Within the remit of the role you will be responsible for the successful mechanical design and draughting on projects for a multinational organisation. As a skilled and conscientious engineer you will work to integrate the design of various disciplines within the power generation industry. This could include how a new control system will be integrated onto the plant or how the piping engineer's work will integrate with the EC&I engineer's work. On larger projects you will also conduct the design of specific parts within the process, for example, a boiler design. This role would ideally be suited to an engineer who enjoys the sense of achievement connected to working on a project basis within a prestigious, growing organisation.
The Candidate:
"3 years minimum in a design engineering role
"either 2D AutoCAD or 3D design using Solidworks
"Client facing ability
"Ideally educated to HNC standard or above, although all candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the role.
