Major Civils and Construction Contractor has an opportunity for a Document Coordinator to lead the co-ordination of technical data for development of quality submissions for their commercial team.
Major Civils and Construction Contractor has an opportunity for a Document Coordinator to lead the co-ordination of technical data for development of quality submissions for their commercial team.
Manage the bid from the technical input collated from the sector and present in simple English to the client, Develop answers from information received from sector specialists, Establish the needs of the quality submission, Lead the establishment of the programme and inputs for the tender period, Co-ordination of technical input to quality submission, Attend strategy meetings and produce summaries of key initiatives, Facilitate the quality meetings, Co-ordinate the input to bid proposals, maintenance of Case Studies of best practice and performance improvement in sector for input to quality bids, Review previous tenders feedback and refine answers to improve quality submission.
To apply for this role you must be educated to Degree level, excellent command of the English language and have an understanding of written presentation principles. You must possess good influencing skills. You will also require general construction industry experience and previous experience in tender/bid process.
