As Divisional Director, youll continuously strive for improvement and innovation. While your main focus will be ensuring our contract services meet with client expectations, youll also aim to develop the Operations Division by securing business that generates revenue and profit growth. So youll be playing a key role in business planning, financial control and risk management. Youll also be responsible for managing our 350 strong workforce, including our contractors.
You may have proved yourself in a similar role already; youll certainly be capable of engaging with people at every level, from technicians to high-level client and internal customers. Youll have sound knowledge of the water industry, along with regulatory and compliance standards, plus a strong track record in delivering utility operations contracts in a client-facing capacity. Were also looking for excellent contract management experience, involving large remote field workforces.
