Digital Design Engineer

The company focus on developing high-tech system solutions for and in partnership with customers in the Automotive, Industrial, Graphics Solutions, Digital TV and Communications markets.
This Digital Design Engineer will join the design team responsible for design and development of high performance analog standard products including DAC's for communications infrastructure and ASSP's for applications such as Networking, Wireless/Wireline and digital imaging. The role involves customer liaison to obtain the necessary design information to meet customer order requirements.
This position offers technical lead for digital design and responsibility for the digital flow, methodology and all issues concerning digital quality. It includes the design (RTL coding and simulation) and specification, modelling and architecture of digital blocks and functions. More challenge will arise from supervising and training other design engineers

The ideal Candidate will have:
o Good degree in Engineering or related discipline
o Deep experience in best industry practices, tools and methodology for all aspects of Digital Design
o Fully familiar with all aspects of Digital Front-End design, including RTL coding (Verilog), simulation, clocking strategies, testbenches, checking, test strategy etc.
o Capable of defining and understanding all aspects of digital specifications (including digital filters and interfaces)
o Experience in high level architecture modeling/specification/simulation (e.g. with Matlab, C, Simulink etc.) would be an advantage
o Experience in Digital Filter structures, architectures and implementation would be desirable
o Good communication skills
o Organizational ability including good planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines
