DESIGNER - BASILDON - SALARY UPTO £25,000
Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer/CAD Technician with experience in pipe layouts and/or pumps? If so our client will be keen to hear from you. Working within a Project Team to design and construct new and replacement items and well as dealing with alterations to existing services.
The successful candidate will be a design engineer who is adaptable and can be integrated within a small team.
You will be involved in investigating proposed working areas and identifying the associated opportunities and constraints.
Liaising with various interested parties and producing the fully designed construction package to tight deadlines.
Ideally you would possess a basic knowledge of building services or utilities but candidates will be considered from other industries.
An ability to apply quality, environmental and heath & safety procedures would be preferable.
In addition the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) operation with a willingness to develop those skills further, if required.
Good interpersonal skills and team working are essential.

Hours of work are:
8.45 - 5pm Mon - Thurs and 8.45 - 4.45 Friday
