Description
This leading supplier of technical products and systems into the manufacturing and commercial hardware industries is undergoing exciting growth, and is currently looking to recruit someone to work within its technical department as a support engineer.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for all technical liaison and documentation in relation to the design and development of technical products. You will also get involved in some basic CAD work specifically in relation to developing application drawings on AutoCad. Finally you will support all projects working very closely with the design team.
THE PERSON
You will need to have basic AutoCad skills as well as the ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Along with this you will be a precise engineer with good communication skills and the ability progress this role in the future. This role will suit an engineer who wants to work for a very professional business within a good varied role, or even a basic CAD engineer who wants the opportunity in the future to move into a full Design Engineer position.
