We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Design Manager / Project Manager to be based in our clients London Offices for 12 months as the Design Manager on a major Embassy project and then act as the Project Manager/Design Manager in Jakarta
As the Design Manager you will have overall management of the design process to achieve completed project within cost, time and quality requirements of the client. You will formulate and agree design management strategy with the Project Director.
The ideal candidate will be a building professional ideally with a background in a design discipline who has a thorough understanding of the construction process. The successful candidate will have sufficient technical knowledge both in design and construction to understand the significance of specific requirements, the range of possible design solutions and the commercial and construction implication of adopting specific design solutions.
