Design Manager East Midlands
£35,000 + Performance Related Bonus up to 30%
The Company
A leading designer and manufacturer in heavy duty industrial machinery. Having grown by £8 million turnover in the past five years, the business is showing signs of further growth in the next two years. The company sell their machinery worldwide with key markets abroad in American and Russia. The culture within the company is reward for efforts, good work is recognised and people looking to clock out on the dot need not apply.
The Role
As design manager you will be a vital part of the companys growth plans and will:
•Managing a busy mechanical design team
•Overseeing new designs whilst working to budget
•Overseeing bills of materials for new machines
•Visiting clients within the UK and worldwide.
The Candidate
The company are looking for someone confident initially in mechanical design, this could be with experience in either AutoCad or Solidworks. Furthermore to this, the business wants a confident leader who feels they can organise others effectively and be an example of the companys professional attitude when meeting customers.
The Benefits
£35,00 starting basic salary with annual bonus on offer. The bonus completely depends upon performance and can be very generous for top results.
