Job Title: Design Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £52,000 pa
Our client has a vacancy for a Design Manager. The aim of the role is the effective management of contract variations whilst controlling costs and meeting targets. Primarily responsible for managing the design process and coordinating building requirements for specific contracts, you will maintain and produce designs which comply with regulations, procedures and company standards. The successful applicant will have completed a full apprenticeship and have the ability to control, organise and communicate with staff on multidiscipline contracts.
