Description
Our client is a technology leader and one of the worlds largest makers of construction and mining equipment, natural gas engines and gas turbines. A global company employing over 10,000 in the UK alone they currently have the below opportunity available at their County Durham facility.
Senior Design Engineers
Currently undergoing a major model development, you would be responsible for the design and development of new products, systems and components ensuring they meet functional requirements. You would also help develop project plans, design technical specifications, participate in multi-functional teams and problem resolution.
You will be an experienced Engineer from a fabrication, powertrain or non-metallics design environment. Together with strong problem solving skills and the ability to lead and participate in teams; knowledge of Pro/Engineer, FMEA and DFMA is desirable.
