The Role
Working within the Design department, the Design Engineer will be responsible for:
"Producing 2D layouts and 3D models for concepts and quotations
"Producing 2D and 3D CAD drawings for manufacturing
"Meetings with the Design Manager, the Purchasing department, the Sales department and the Assembly department.
The Design Engineers will work with Pro E Wildfire and AutoCAD.
The Candidate
The business is keen to grow its existing team and wishes to add confident and enthusiastic design engineers to the team. Supported by their extensive training, applicants will be encouraged to indulge theri desire to learn and will be offered opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge.
Successful applicants will possess a mechanical background with prior experience of 3D CAD.
