A design engineer is required for a short to long term contract for a very well established long running organisation based in the south west. With a wealth of knowledge and experience this company is a must on any CV. The design engineer will come from a similar background within the industry and want to join a company that specialise in the design consultancy of heavy industrial material handling equipment.
The design engineer will have input and involvement in an array of projects that they are currently working on and are looking to get on board in the very near future. Projects can run from anywhere from 6 months to 2 to 3 years. The work will involve conceptual design, carrying out manual FEA calculations, producing specifications of bought in pieces of kit and report writing.
The successful candidate:
"Minimum of 5 years experience in a heavy industrial design environment.
"Able to carry out Manual Calculations
"Experience of using Ansys
"Experience of writing reports.
