My client specialise in the design and manufacture of agricultural machinery in the Lincolnshire area. Due to an expansion in work load they are looking for a design engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into a role; there is much scope for expansion within the company.
The successful applicant will
•Have a degree in Machine design, mechanical engineering or similar
•Have experience of 3D modelling
•Have experience of 2D draughting
•Able to use Autodesk inventor
•Use AutoCAD
•Use Microsoft Office
In this role you will start with designing work on components to fit existing ranges and updating these ranges. You will be given the opportunity to move on to product design. You will travel abroad with the company so a second language would be desirable although not essential.
