An organisation with significant experience of operating a nuclear licensed site is seeking a mixture of junior and senior engineers who are interested in training/career opportunities in a diverse organisation.
With a successful track record of operating and renovating a nuclear licensed site, our client is offering opportunities for graduate and chartered engineers to develop their expertise in a diverse engineering environment. At the same time, comprehensive training will be offered, leading to further qualifications.
Applications are welcomed from Mechanical or Electrical or Structural Engineers (esp Mech Handling exp) who have experience with design and project work in safety critical environments.
The roles will involve the preparation of design and safety documentation relating to specific products, plant or processes, to recognised national and client standards, minimising business risk and meeting the requirements of all relevant contracts, statutory legislation, external regulatory bodies and classification societies. Provision of appropriate levels of technical knowledge and expertise.
The Post Holder has no direct responsibilities for Plant operations although may be required to support maintenance activities.
It is stressed that applicants will be treated on an individual circumstance basis, to the extent that there may be positions also available in Bristol and Helensburgh areas.
