The Requirement:
Our client has a particular strength within Whole Life Cost (WLC) management. They are seeking talented individuals with previous experience as a Cost Estimator, Cost Modelling, Whole Life Cost (WLC) Consultant. The a Cost Estimator, Cost Modelling, Whole Life Cost (WLC) Consultant will provide the MOD and prime contractors expertise in forecasting, recording, and managing costs throughout the life of equipment with the specific aim of optimizing associated whole life costs and military output.
Essential Experience/Knowledge to include several of the skills below:
Whole Life Cost (WLC)
cost estimating
forecasting, assessment and analysis
Cost of Ownership studies
Affordability studies
Through Life Management Plans.
Investment Appraisal
Combined Operational Effectiveness and Investment Appraisal (COEIA)
Cost Modelling;
Cost Model Development;
Estimating Assurance and Validation.
This is a position that requires UK MoD security clearance so those candidates with the relevant experience will have achieved previous clearance.
