DIRECTOR OF QUANTITY SURVEYING DIVISON-DUBLIN CITY CENTRE- TOP INTERNATIONAL COST CONSULTANTS
Location: Dublin city centre
Remuneration: 120,000 + package
One of the world's leaders in cost consultancy has announced that they are in the market to appoint a Director in their established Dublin office whom will head the Quantity Surveying department alongside the Managing Director.
The role will entail:
•Management of technical staff
•Interaction with key clients- both new and existing clients
•Management of high profile projects
•Business Development
•Interaction with senior management in Ireland and UK
The ideal candidate will have occupied a Director/ Senior Manager role within a cost consultancy and be familiar with the Irish construction industry. You will be degree qualified, MRICS qualified and be a natural leader. Strong negotiation skills and communication skills are extremely important in such a role.
In addition, a track record of servicing clients and increasing current/past employers' turnover is attractive.
You will be offering both strategic and operation policy; ensuring continued success with existing clients whilst seeking new business opportunities where possible.
