JOB TITLE: Customer Support Engineer

THE ROLE
You will be working within a team supporting external customers and internal staff once you have built up your knowledge of any faults that may occur. You will be in training at the start of your role to build up your knowledge of the specific product they produce. You will also work with the drawing office and manufacturing to get a full understanding and have on going training through out your working career with the company.
