Customer Support Consultant
CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT
Specialising in the development and supply of integrated asset management solutions to the local authority, utility and construction sectors; this privately owned company is looking to secure the services of a quality Customer Support Consultant to take a key role within their business.
Working within the Customer Support team based in the head office, the post holder will take responsibility for a number of key functions to include: the provision of a telephone support service, assisting with the quality assurance testing of software and producing product related materials to assist customers in the effective operation of the system.
Candidates must display enthusiasm, dedication and a commitment to expand their skill set throughout the Customer Support team functions. Equally adept at working as part of a team or under your own initiative, you will actively contribute to these activity areas utilising first rate communication skills.
