Description
Provide initial contact for all Corporate Customers.
Provide and support order development/fulfilment and problem handling for both contact centres.
Provide 24/7 manning of the contact centre (currently operating a flexible 5 day a week shift pattern 0600-1400 and 1400 2200hrs Mon Fri).
Maintain and update procedures and processes in line with current working practices.

General administration duties in support of work carried out in the Contact Centre
Provide confidential card management by processing credit card transactions as requested
Qualifications and/or Skills
Essential:
Excellent Telephony and keyboard skills
Articulate to assure accuracy of information to be captured.
Competent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
Proven Customer Service Skills in a Contact centre environment
Capable of demonstrating good common sense
Desirable:
Experience of Remedy/CRM Systems
Good experience of Web interface applications
Knowledge of services provided by the company and Welfare
Security Clearance to enable working in a secure contact centre
Ability to interact proactively with other groups internally and externally
Wearing of corporate uniform
A flexible approach to work to support operational needs where possible
Previous Experience
Essential:
Experienced working knowledge of contact centre services to include order development/fulfilment and problem handling
Working with other Commercial communication providers
Customer Service Skills
Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word applications
Handling credit card transactions and its confidentiality
Desirable:
General Administration duties in support of a contact centre/office
Capable of working under pressure
Successful in working as part of a team and other groups
Capable of interacting between the Military and Commercial customers and users
Demonstrating Values and Behaviours in support of working in a confidential environment
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
