JOB TITLE: Customer Service Manager
BASED: Lincolnshire
BASIC: £40k

THE ROLE

*This role involves managing a team or 4/5 direct employees and approx 30 indirect reports ensuring the effective management of the customer service function
*You will offer service support backing up sales/marketing and liaising with supply chain, logistics and manufacturing to meet customer requirements
*You will work on on key projects with senior management covering a number of different goals.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*5 years Commercial experience as a Customer Service Manager
*FMCG, Manufacturing or similar high speed environment experience considered
*3-5yrs experience of Supply Chain/Customer Service with a high level of customer interaction at a managerial level
