Objective
To provide Aston Martin customers, prospects, press and dealers an outstanding one on one
experience when visiting the Gaydon facility. Achieves an outstanding customer experience
through conducting daily tours, having excellent product knowledge and exceptional interpersonal
skills.
Responsibilities
i Host Customer, Prospect and Dealer visits to Gaydon and provide an outstanding one on
one experience.
i Host group and general interest factory tours where appropriate.
i Identify opportunities and implement changes that will result in ongoing improvements to the
factory experience.
i Lead customers in the process of selecting the final details of colour, trim and options when specifying a car.
i Integration with an existing team of one administrator and two other product specialists.
i Support global Motorshows as and when required.
i Support additional Aston Martin events eg track days, dealer training etc.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate must have a High level of product knowledge, outstanding interpersonal
skills and excellent presentation skills. It would be an advantage to have a level of language skills
plus an understanding of competitor products and luxury goods
