Do you have Customer Care / Account Management Experience?
A leading supplier of vacuum systems and accessories for the analytical instruments, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, environmental and power industries is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor.
As Customer Care Advisor you'll be responsible for providing a quick and efficient front-line response to major customers, distributors and other business related companies worldwide. Essentially, you'll deal with support requests, technical inquiries, price quotations, process and progress orders while always focusing on your customers.
The role is highly reactive, dealing mainly by telephone and email. It is essential that you are able to effectively manage your workload, understand the priorities of your team and the business, and are able to identify opportunity for continuous improvement. You need to have a pro-active approach, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail and be excellent in both verbal and written communication.
For this role, you will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English to native standard as well as fluent in German.
Previous experience in a sales, helpdesk or service orientated environment is vital and you'll have a good knowledge of office systems, word/excel (SAP training will be given) and procedures. Ideally you will have a technical background, but this is not an essential requirement.
This position is initially offered as a 6 month contract with the potential to be extended / go permanent depending on performance.
The company is based in Crawley, Sussex, so ideally you will live in the area.
The annual Salary offered is 18-22K (depending on experience).
