JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor (Cost Manager, Estimator) - RICS qualified or equivalent
LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland

SALARY: 55.000 65.000 + benefits depending on the experience
ROLE:
Responsible for developing our existing Quantity Surveying capability in the Warsaw office in cooperation with the existing Project Management and Quantity surveying teams based in Poland.
* Undertaking full quantity surveying duties - pre and post contract control;
* Working on various projects retail, commercial, residential, offices, industrial;
* Cost/ project monitoring on the construction of a number of different developments throughout Poland;
* Working in other Eastern European countries as the need arises to support the other teams and resource new instructions similar to the above;
REQUIREMENTS:
* Preferably expat but not essential
* RICS Building Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor with a minimum 3 years of post graduate experience.
* Excellent technical knowledge of the construction of all types of commercial properties including defects in construction
* Excellent tender document production and report writing ability (in English)
* Knowledge of Polish language would be beneficial but not essential
