We are looking for cost consultants to work on major mixed use project with a capital value of around £230M. This scheme is retail lead and includes leisure, residential and infrastructure works. Currently at outline planning stage the programme of work is to develop cost plans, procure and deliver the project over the next 5 years. A number of designers are involved so client facing skills will again be necessary. The project will be coordinated by a dedicated director so report lines will be direct to him. The candidate will be ambitious, looking for a responsible position in a progressive environment.
Salary up to £46K plus extensive benefits package.
