Process Engineering position within a forward thinking company that manufactures ceramic cores used in the production of gas turbines for power plant and aerospace industries. Requires a good understanding of tooling, dimensional analysis and an ability to apply process improvement theory.

Salary & Location: £24,000 - £30,000 + excellent holiday allowance + contributory pension + company medical scheme

The Role: The role will focus on three key areas: 1.) Reducing waste and increasing yields through analysis of data and implementation of more efficient manufacturing methods. 2.) Improving process control. For example, improving dimensional consistency and tooling upkeep processes 3.) Assist in developing departmental strategy to effectively achieve improved yield targets. You will be a senior member of the team directly working with the Engineering Manager.
