We have an immediate requirement for a Control Systems Project Delivery Manager.
Our client requires a project delivery manager for a project in the water industry. The role will be working for an engineering consultancy liasing between the end customer and sub contractors.

Our client requires a project delivery manager for a project in the water industry. The role will be working for an engineering consultancy liasing between the end customer and sub contractors.
The Project: To replace the existing DCS system on a large water treatment works with a SCADA/PLC system, including the re-automation of the process control.
Experience:
> Proven experience of managing large scale process automation and / or re-instrumentation projects. A working knowledge of utility company practices is required with experience in the water industry an advantage.
> SCADA, PLC and fibre optic communications
> Process monitoring and control
> Excellent communication skills required
> Project management
> Contract management
> Team management
> Client liaison experience
> Experience of managing small teams of project engineers, as well as suppliers, system integrators and installation contractors carrying out the replacement project
> Good negotiation and persuading skills
> To deliver project within budget and agreed time scales
> High personal credibility and professionalism within the business
> Well developed personal organization, planning and prioritisation skills
